My Own Cook BKT
Last weekend, I've tried to prepare and cook my own Claypot Bak Kut Teh with pressure cooker. The aromatic broth is due to various herbs inside ( Dong guai, yuk zhuk, wofberry etc). All the ingredients are put into the cooker to boil. Can be served easily after one hours. It has a strong flavor of herbs. Taste OK.
I'd rate it 7 out of 10. Do you know the bkt actually have 2 version one, dry and soups type. The best bak kut teh of course is the Klang one. I will recommend you all go to Teluk Pulai try or the one under the bridge. Finally, please comment on my bkt cooking :D
