Exotic Mooncake
Mid Autumn festival falls on the mid of 8th month in our chinese lunar calender. Full moon symbolize the family unity and harmony. On this special day, it's the best time to gather with love one, family or friend to enjoy eating mooncake and dinner. Here, I'd like to share with you all some mooncake like snow skin (Ping Pi), nuts & fruits, yam and the normal lotus paste with egg yolks.
